Refund Policy

Should you require a refund on a product you have purchased from Cardboard Castle please reach out to us within 30 days from the purchase date, by either visiting our contact page or directly by email at contact@cardboardcastle.com.au

Faulty Goods
Here at Cardboard Castle we want to provide our customers with the highest quality products. Should you receive an item that is defective please contact us by email (contact@cardboardcastle.com.au) and we will guide you through the refund process. If you could attach images of the defect(s) it would be greatly appreciated and speed up the returns process.

Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind on the product you have purchased, we will offer you a refund within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • You can supply proof of purchase
  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging
  • All shipping expenses are covered by the customer*

Once the goods have been received by Cardboard Castle they will be inspected, should the above conditions be met the refund will be processed via the original payment method. If the conditions are not met we will reach out to you to discuss further options.

*The initial shipping fee will not be refunded and the return costs paid at the customers own expense. Should your original order have included free shipping, the incurred shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount if the amended order is no longer eligible.
